Level Three Review
Each semester, Graphic Design at CCA holds a reception for the Junior Review Exhibition as well as Transition to Professional Practice and Senior Thesis awards. This screen-printed poster is a promotional piece for the Graphic Design department and keepsake for featured students.
For this semesters theme, I used imagery implying a "good egg" or "cracking under pressure," both of which can be products or feelings of students undergoing the Junior Review Process. The colors used are meant to be soothing, happy and playful. The white dashed pattern is made up of the words "level three review" cut up to their most basic horizontal elements.
This two-sided, two-color neon poster was designed for California College of the Arts' Architecture and Interior Design Lecture Series for Spring of 2015.
The prompt was to design a double-sided, two color eye-catching typographic poster. The poster had to be enjoyable to unfold and interact with, as well stand well alone on either side when hung. The text is intentionally vibrating and challenging to read.
Glance is a printed and online publication for California College of the Arts published twice a year for the CCA community. The Fall 2014 issue of Glance was designed along-side Jack Koloskus in CCA's in-house design studio.
We designed the publication around the concept of color-blocking colors from the page that pulled from key images on each page and synchronized well with a sunset-earthy feeling as a common thread throughout.

Various screen prints drawn and printed by myself demonstrate a specific illustration style and a love for tactile material work.
This is a double LP design for the fictional band Characters. The inside of the album and both of the sleeves break down each element of the front cover design, so that the cover becomes the sum of the rest of the album's parts.
The design of this album is inspired by the music scene in Athens, GA. Athens is the birthplace of bands like OfMontreal, Deerhunter, R.E.M and others, and has a lively eccentric community and feeling.
